Rules and Regulations

To ensure safety and a fluently running day, The Field has some rules which will be explained every day to all players. You can familiarize yourself beforehand, or call us at 289-296-4726 if you have any questions regarding the rules.

  • Goggles
Your goggles have to be on your face, with the foam touching your skin all around, anytime you attempt to walk on the field. Once you are on the field, the goggles have to remain on your face at all times, until you leave the field through the airlock. Should you lose your goggles during play, drop to the ground, cover your face and proceed to yell "Goggles! Goggles!" as loud as you can until a referee is with you. We will fix the situation immediately. This is a zero tolerance policy. If you take your goggles off, you will be removed from the field and prohibited from playing this day.
  • Barrel Bag
Your barrel bag has to be on your marker outside the playing area at all times. This means, that as soon as you attempt to leave the field through the airlock, we want you to have your barrel bag on your barrel. We have referees guarding the airlock. Don't leave the field unattended. This is a zero tolerance policy. If you walk the staging area without a barrel bag on, you will be removed from the field and prohibited from playing this day.
  • Technical Regulations
These rules pertain to players with own equipment. All rental markers are preset to qualify. Our field speed is 290 FPS. To qualify, markers need to give us three shots overthe chronograph at 290fps or under. Our field rate of fire is 15.5 BPS, with all firing modes being allowed.
  • Mercy
To avoid confusion, we don't enforce a "Mercy" rule. Our rule is, "eliminate other players how you want to be eliminated". Our more experienced players don't mind being shot twice or from short distances, but our younger players will appreciate a shot into their pod pack or even an offered "Mercy!".
  • Blindfire
There is no blindfiring allowed on the field. If you cannot see what your barrel is pointing at, don't pull the trigger. Don't hold your gun over obstacles and shoot. Chances that you hit your intended target are next to zero and you are more likely to hit a referee, someone from your team or even cause an emergency.
  • Climbing
For your own safety and the longevity of the field, please don't climb on our obstacles.
  • Arguing
We do not condone arguements on the field. If you have a problem with a player, you can bring it up to our referees or staff in the hut. If you have a problem with our staff, you can call the proshop or talk to the field manager, Jorj, who will be on-site.

If anything seems unclear to you, don't worry - there will be safety speeches at the field and our referees and staff are always available to clarify or repeat the rules as needed.

Please don't hesitate to call the proshop with any additional questions or concerns that you may have.
